Front Desk Receptionist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join a fast-paced, high-volume call center team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting with prior authorization inquiries, account support, and general questions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound customer calls and occasional outbound follow-up calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding prior authorizations, account information, and general support needs.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update records in multiple systems.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information.
- Navigate multiple software applications simultaneously while assisting customers.
- Research and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Meet established quality, productivity, and accuracy standards.
- Manage approximately 50-100 calls per day depending on call complexity.
- Provide empathetic, solution-oriented customer service during every interaction.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent call center experience within the past 2-3 years.
- Minimum 1 year tenure in previous positions.
- Experience working in a high-volume inbound call center environment.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to efficiently navigate multiple computer systems and applications.
- Strong data entry and documentation accuracy.
- Typing speed of 30 WPM or higher.
- Basic to intermediate computer proficiency.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
