Responsibilities
- Warmly greeting and efficiently checking in patients.
- Accurately managing patient check-out processes.
- Skillfully scheduling patient appointments.
- Precisely scanning medical records and handling medical record requests.
- Demonstrating exceptional organization and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Expertly compiling, processing, and understanding necessary patient forms (consent for treatment, etc.).
- Responding to patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Efficiently processing incoming and outgoing referrals and obtaining necessary authorizations.
- Professionally answering and directing phone calls.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (Required).
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook (Required).
- Experience using electronic medical records.
- A genuine commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
