Patient Reception and Customer Service
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, students, and faculty in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes to ensure smooth clinic flow.
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries regarding appointments and general clinic information.
- Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Facilitate efficient patient scheduling and appointment coordination.
- Support patient satisfaction through professional communication and service.
Insurance and Administrative Support
- Perform insurance verification for patient appointments, including eligibility and coverage.
- Provide support with patient billing processes, including collecting payments and addressing billing inquiries.
- Work collaboratively with the billing team to ensure accurate documentation and follow-up as needed.
Operational Support
- Aid in maintaining an organized and efficient front desk environment.
- Support clinic operations and patient flow in a high-volume setting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a high-volume dental office.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with dental insurance verification and related processes.
- Associate's degree preferred.

Starting Pay Rate Range
$16.92 – $19.74, commensurate with experience.
