- Check-in and Check-out: Welcome guests, verify reservations, assist with the check-in process, provide information about amenities, policies, and answer questions. Handle check-out, settle bills, provide invoices, and ensure a smooth departure.
- Room Assignments: Assign rooms based on preferences, availability, and special requests, manage room keys, and prepare rooms for guests.
- Guest Service: Provide information about local attractions and services, address guest concerns professionally, and find appropriate solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handling Guest Concerns: Address guest issues and complaints, ensuring professional and satisfactory resolutions.
- Payment and Billing: Handle payments, process credit card transactions, and provide accurate bills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Safety and Security: Monitor security cameras, ensure guest and property safety, and be trained in emergency procedures.
- Phone and Reservations: Answer phone calls, take reservations, manage room availability through the hotel's booking system.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform record keeping, manage guest profiles, and track room inventory.
- Communication: Interact effectively with guests, hotel staff, and management, ensuring smooth and accurate information flow.
- Hospitality: Create a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere, making guests feel valued and appreciated.
