Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

Part-time position, 8am-2pm every other Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (15 hours per week). Opportunities available for more hours.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet visitors
• Handle reception and administrative responsibilities
• Serve as a liaison between families and department managers

Requirements

• Pleasant demeanor and ability to work well with others
• Office experience is helpful
• Outgoing, personable, and courteous with excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Computer and phone experience required
• Experience in a Senior Living or Assisted Living community is helpful
• Hospitality experience is a plus

Pay

$19.00 per hour

Schedule
