Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist all visitors, guests, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage visitor sign-in procedures and issue temporary badges in accordance with facility security protocols
- Order and put away office supplies
- Place food orders
- Maintain site organization charts
- Absorb expense reports
- Schedule meetings and conference rooms using Outlook calendar
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with data entry and document management as needed
- Provide general administrative support to the site operating team
- Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals
- A professional appearance and demeanor
- A reliable and punctual work ethic with a strong attendance record
- The ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- A basic knowledge of office equipment (copiers, scanners, fax machines)
