About the role

We are seeking a Full-time Front Desk Concierge (Overnight/NOC) to join our dynamic team at Touchmark at Mt. Bachelor Village. Located under the pines and along the Deschutes river, this award-winning senior living community offers an inviting work environment and supportive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Wear a variety of hats at the front desk, handling inquiries, deliveries, and maintenance issues.
  • Assist with overnight emergencies and deliver newspapers and other needs during the early morning hours.

Requirements

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
  • Professional and polite phone etiquette.
  • Organized, detail-conscious, and self-initiating.
  • Outgoing, warm, friendly personality.
  • Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment.
  • Able to walk long distances, climb stairs, and lift heavy objects.
  • Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Respect the confidentiality of all resident's and staff information and records.

  • Professional appearance, friendly attitude, and composure in interactions with team members, residents, and visitors.
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a high-traffic area with multiple interruptions.
  • Experience in providing security detail for the property.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
