Responsibilities

• Front desk duties: Billing, emails, check-ins
• Re-rack weights
• Oversee the Recovery Room
• Keep merchandise clean and ready to be displayed
• Hit individual sales goals assigned by the Merchandise Supervisor
• Greet and assist customers
• Ensure guests and members are warmly greeted and promptly assisted
• Answer incoming calls professionally and efficiently
• Respond effectively to member questions and requests
• Maintain the Maintenance Log, Fitness profiles, telephone inquiries, and group fitness reservations
• Keep front desk and lobby neat and clean at all times
