Front Desk Night Audit, Overnight Shift, Part Time

About the role

The Renaissance Columbus Downtown is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join its dynamic team. The position offers highly competitive wages, an exceptional benefits package, and various perks including free associate meals, parking, bus passes, and discounts on properties.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests
• Check guests out of the hotel
• Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report data by auditing Point of Service tapes/journals
• Run audit reports/journals from the front office system, Point of Service, and the computer
• Make corrections and adjustments and handle all computer problems
• Input into the front office system revenue/expenses/allowances to generate daily reports
• Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly
• Maintain files and reset the system for next day operations

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Night Audit Agent in a hotel or in a high volume industry
• A passion for providing excellent customer service and enhancing guest satisfaction
• An ability to work early evenings and weekends
• Excellent computer skills
• A team spirit
