Key Responsibilities
- Accurately posts all charges to guests’ bills.
- Checks all guests in and out of the resort based on established procedures.
- Provides accurate and complete information about the resort and the surrounding area.
- Answers guest questions and provides directions.
- Accountable for all cash, checks, and credit card receipts.
- Accountable for all printed folios and required supporting paperwork.
- Activates the appropriate emergency procedures in the event of a fire, accident, severe weather, or medical emergency.
- Assists with faxing, copying, and message-taking duties.
- Promptly answers the phone and directs calls to the appropriate location.
Minimum Qualifications
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- One to three months of related experience and/or training.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Qualifications
- Knowledge of lodging system applications.
