About the role
The Front Desk Manager will oversee daily operations of the Front Office department, providing leadership, training, and shift flow management.
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive hiring plans and assist in hourly interviews.
- Ensure high-quality service to guests and supervise front desk agents and supervisors.
- Perform hands-on duties including financials, payroll, scheduling, and more.
Requirements
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience, especially in a hotel setting.
- A passion for service and a positive, can-do attitude.
- A desire to develop and coach associates and create a thriving work environment.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and deliver results.
Qualifications
- Experience with a specific brand hotel or upscale property is a plus.
Skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
