Responsibilities
- Report to the Front Office Manager and work closely with the front office team.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the front office.
- Oversee daily lineups, ensuring all team members are properly informed of the day's events.
- Conduct daily walkthroughs as required, monitor operational accuracy, and ensure that closing reports are completed correctly.
- Ensure the department fully complies with all Hollywood Roosevelt policies and adheres to financial handling procedures, maintaining accuracy and thoroughness on various reporting requested on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
- Plan upcoming operations as needed and oversee scheduling, training, payroll, and other administrative duties.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in front desk management.
- Proven ability to manage a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.

Pay
$80,000 - $90,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position with flexible hours to accommodate the hotel's needs.
