Position Summary
We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Manager to help lead our front desk operations. This individual will oversee daily administrative functions, ensure exceptional member and guest experiences, and serve as the first point of contact for our facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Resolve member concerns promptly and effectively
- Maintain high standards of customer service at all times
- Aid with membership inquiries, renewals, and program registrations
- Oversee daily check-in procedures and facility access control
- Manage POS transactions, cash handling, and daily reconciliations
- Maintain accurate member accounts and database records
- Cover waivers, registrations, and required documentation completeness
- Cover communication between departments (aquatics, tennis, fitness, etc.)
- Promote membership, programs, and special events
- Aid in achieving revenue goals
- Ensure the front desk area remains clean, organized, and professional
- Enforce facility policies and procedures
- Aid with emergency procedures when necessary
Qualifications
- Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service management experience is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable with POS systems and basic administrative software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay Range
$45,000 - $50,000 per hour
