About the role
This position is responsible for providing general office support with a variety of clerical related tasks. Responsibilities to include answering incoming telephone calls, directing calls to appropriate personnel, handling new client intakes, mail distribution, as well as performing clerical duties like filing, scanning, requesting documentation, and photocopying.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree [GED]
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, internet, Outlook email
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong proactive approach and shows initiative
- Ability to stay organized & manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
