About the role

We are seeking a cheerful, outgoing Client Services Host to join our dynamic team at Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Manhattan Beach, CA.

Responsibilities

• Work weekends and evenings to meet clients' needs
• Ensure smooth operation of the shop by answering phone calls, scheduling treatments, and responding to questions
• Promote and upsell services or products when appropriate
• Provide cost estimates and wait times before scheduling appointments
• Help with general cleaning to maintain a great retail space

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or beauty industries
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Fantastic collaboration skills with the ability to communicate over the phone and in person
• Commitment to helping others and working with a team
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Pay

Competitive wage of $17.50/hour.
