About the role
The role is responsible for coordinating guest groups at Pinebrook, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage guest group reservations and coordination
- Ensure timely communication with guests and staff
- Handle inquiries and complaints from guests
- Prepare and maintain guest group files
- Assist in planning and executing special events for guests
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in event coordination or hospitality
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Passion for customer service and event planning
- Experience with guest management systems preferred
