Job Summary

The Front Desk Coordinator I plays a crucial role in the healthcare setting, ensuring the smooth operation of patient services and administrative functions. This position involves greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and maintaining patient records.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and compassionate manner.

  • Verify patient information, insurance details, and update records accurately in the system.
  • Assist with billing processes, insurance claims, and financial inquiries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care delivery.
  • Adhere to patient confidentiality guidelines and comply with healthcare regulations.
