Front Desk Executive Assistant
Major Duties
- Manage complex executive scheduling and coordinate comprehensive calendar logistics.
- Serve as the central point of contact for the office by managing phone lines, routing correspondence, and greeting in-person visitors.
- Cook up travel arrangements, manage office supply inventory, and execute ad hoc tasks for management, legal, and IT stakeholders.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread high-level correspondence, agency documents, and reports with a high degree of precision.

- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly with data entry, calendar management, and document review.
- Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Proven ability to maintain a calm, professional, and adaptable demeanor under pressure while navigating fast-changing priorities.
- Exceptional interpersonal diplomacy and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse, high-profile professional personalities.
Exciting Opportunity Details
- Rate: $26.50/hour
- Contract: 5 months, through December 31, 2026.
- Worksite Location: Santa Fe, NM (87501)
- Onsite Schedule: Monday–Friday, preferred hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
- Parking: Available on-site, with the understanding that it becomes tighter during the legislative session
