About the role

Join our warm, supportive pediatric dental team as the first friendly face families see. You’ll help children overcome dental anxiety and make every visit effortless, safe, and fun in a patient-centered practice led by Board-Certified pediatric specialists.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM
• Temporary assignment: immediate start through September 30, 2026
• Unpaid off days: August 10, 11, 12, and 21; September 7 (Labor Day)
• Special half-days: September 14–17 (reduced operational hours)

Pay

$18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Welcome families with a comforting, high-energy presence at check-in
• Manage multi-line phone systems, answer parent questions, and handle patient check-in/out
• Schedule follow-up appointments and maintain accurate digital patient records
• Collaborate with pediatric clinical staff to keep daily appointments running smoothly and on time

Requirements

• 1–3 years of customer service experience (prior front office experience in a dental or medical setting is a plus)
• Conversational or fluent English/Spanish bilingual skills highly preferred
• Clear, warm, and professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work the full temporary duration through September 30, 2026, including the specified shift and blackout dates
• Reliable transportation (willingness to assist at nearby sister locations in Reno is a plus)
• Successful pre-employment drug screen (safety-sensitive role; strict adherence to CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines)
