Responsibilities
- Productive Schedule Management: Expertly manage and optimize provider and clinical schedules to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Appointment Confirmations & Fill-Ins: Proactively confirm patient appointments, manage short-call lists, and fill cancellations to minimize downtime.
- Patient Hospitality & Check-In: Warmly welcome patients, gather accurate intake information, and set positive expectations for their visit.
- Front Desk Operations: Handle multi-line phone calls, securely update patient records, assist with account inquiries, process payments, and support daily operations.
- Team Synergy: Partner closely with clinical staff and participate in morning huddles to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of front office experience in a medical or dental practice (required).
- Schedule Mastery: Proven experience managing patient scheduling, optimizing provider books, and actively filling schedule gaps.
- Professional Qualities: Dependable, punctual, team-oriented, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable with multi-line phone systems and practice management software; excellent verbal and written communication.

- Safety & Compliance: This is a safety-sensitive role; pre-employment drug screen required. We adhere to CDC, OSHA, and ADA safety standards.

Pay
$18.00 – $22.00 per hour (depending on experience).
Schedule
Monday – Thursday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (with occasional Friday shifts).
