Responsibilities

• Greet every patient like they’re a VIP.
• Manage the daily schedule to keep patient flow smooth and efficient.
• Check patients in and out with warmth, professionalism, and precision.
• Handle payments and coordinate financial agreements with clarity and care.
• Support the clinical team and ensure every patient’s experience is seamless.
• Act as a MINT Model and Brand Influencer, representing the MINT image with confidence and professionalism.
• Engage in social media opportunities, helping share the MINT experience online when needed.
• Build real connections with patients, teammates, and the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience; dental or front‑desk experience is a plus.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Warm, outgoing personality with a love for connecting with people.
• Social‑media savvy and comfortable participating in photo moments or sharing patient experiences.
