Front Desk Customer Service

About the role

We are looking for a responsive recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with kids in a fun environment. This position requires standing, walking, and occasionally not wearing shoes.

Responsibilities

• Eager, frequent, and professional communication with clients
• Sharing friendly knowledge to guide purchases and increase enrollment
• Creating and building professional connections with customers and students
• Utilizing computer software to register new members and maintain accurate records
• Coordinating with team members for smooth shift transitions and achieving quarterly goals
• Conducting facility walk-throughs during idle times
• Cleaning the bathroom and changing room area
• Cleaning the pool deck
• Cleaning and organizing the front desk area
• Using the Emergency Action Plan to clean the pools, floors, and changing rooms

Qualifications

• Some college education
• 2 years of customer service experience and/or sales

Pay and Schedule

This position is Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Pay is $14.50 per hour.
