Temporary Front Desk / Customer Service Representative Location: Anchorage, AK Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour DOE Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Assignment Length: Immediate start through early/mid October Looking for a Great Short-Term Opportunity? Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone callsGreet and assist customers at the front counterSchedule appointments and coordinate calendarsProvide excellent customer service both in person and over the phonePerform general administrative and clerical dutiesAssist with additional office tasks and projects as needed Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years of office or administrative experienceStrong customer service and communication skillsComfortable answering multi-line phone systemsOrganized with excellent attention to detailDependable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendanceAbility to multitask in a busy office environmentMust have a reliable personal vehicle for transportation What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, and enjoys being the first point of contact for customers.
