Front Desk Coordinator - Eureka, MO
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner
- Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately
- Support the clinic’s sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members
- Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries
- Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software
- Aid in clinic marketing efforts and community outreach
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment
- Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred
- Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills
- Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environment
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
- Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Office management or marketing experience is a plus
Schedule
This role requires availability during our business hours, which are Monday-Friday 10am-7pm and Saturday 10am-4pm. We are looking to fill all of those days, so if you are looking for anything part-time or full-time within those days/hours, it may be a good fit!
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting pay: $15-18 per hour + Bonus
- PTO, and holiday pay
