Front Desk Coordinator
The Center for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is a compassionate, fast-paced practice where every interaction shapes a patient’s experience. We’re looking for a warm, detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator who thrives in a team environment and genuinely enjoys helping people.
Responsibilities
- Greet every patient with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling appointments.
- Check patients in and out efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Create and update patient accounts.
- Collect patient payments.
- Coordinate surgery schedules and ensure appointments are prepared correctly.
- Communicate with referring offices and other healthcare providers.
- Keep the front office organized while balancing multiple priorities throughout the day.
- Support teammates wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong computer and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in oral surgery, dental, or medical offices.
- Experience scheduling patients and working with electronic health records.

Physical Requirements
