About the role
We are looking for a dependable Front Desk Coordinator to support daily office operations for a leasing office in Glen Burnie, Maryland. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating an organized, welcoming environment while managing communication, scheduling, and administrative records. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact for visitors, callers, and internal staff, helping keep office activities running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk and receptionist activities, greeting visitors courteously and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone communication with a courteous, service-focused approach while responding to routine questions promptly.
- Prepare, update, and maintain administrative records through accurate data entry and organized documentation practices.
- Coordinate calendars and arrange appointments, meetings, and related scheduling details for staff and property operations.
- Draft, review, and respond to email correspondence in a clear and detail-focused manner.
- Provide general administrative support for leasing and property-related activities, including follow-up communication and file organization.
Requirements
- Prior experience in an administrative, front office, or receptionist role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and/or Yardi software.
- Ability to manage phone-based communication, including both inbound and outbound calls.
- Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail.
- Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars in a detail-oriented setting.
Qualifications
- Background supporting leasing, property management, or real estate-related administrative tasks is preferred.
