About the Role

Company 3 is seeking an Evening Front Desk Coordinator for our Manhattan facility. The Front Desk Coordinator is the first point of contact for our clients and guests, and is key to representing the culture of our company. Primary responsibilities include warmly welcoming clients and guests, providing facility information, routing calls for both Company 3 and our sister company, Framestore, purchasing, and overall client services. The Front Desk Coordinator should be highly organized, meticulous, upbeat, personable, able to multi-task, and willing to grow within the role.

Responsibilities

  • Greet, welcome, and direct clients appropriately and notify teams when clients and colorists have arrived for sessions.
  • Check in clients/visitors according to current security protocol.
  • Support and communicate Client Services requests for client sessions.
  • Compile combined daily session schedule for distribution.
  • Handle general purchasing and logging of purchases.
  • Book conference rooms for guests and meetings.
  • Support Framestore with checking in visitors and vendors.
  • Track down session information from producers and send out facility invites.
  • Assist with production billing.

Requirements

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work Mon-Fri 1:00-9:00pm with flexibility to shift schedule as needed.
  • Prior office experience.
  • Proficient with MS Office, Teams, and Google Docs.
  • Available to work weekends, if needed.
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, able to easily multi-task, and a self-starter.
  • Professional appearance and excellent demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay

Pay Range: $20.00 hourly USD

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Flexibility to adjust shift schedule with notice
  • Weekend availability may be required
