About the Role
The Picklr is hiring full-time or part-time team members for a high-impact role in a fast-paced, people-first environment. Late-afternoon and weekend availability is required. This opportunity allows you to develop skills in sales, customer experience, and operations while being part of a rapidly growing sports brand.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-energy, professional front desk and guest check-in experience
- Process transactions, manage POS systems, and answer member inquiries
- Lead engaging facility tours and drive membership sales through consultative conversations
- Assist with scheduling and registration for leagues, clinics, lessons, and tournaments
- Support retail and pro shop operations, including merchandising and inventory restocking
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across the facility, including food and beverage areas
- Build strong relationships with members to enhance retention and community engagement
- Support daily operations and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Requirements
We're looking for individuals who are reliable, motivated, and confident in customer-facing environments. Strong communication skills, a team-first mindset, and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving setting are essential. Candidates who enjoy sales, hospitality, fitness, or sports environments will thrive here. Experience is a plus, but not required—we value attitude, work ethic, and coachability above all.
