Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of The Greystone Inn, setting the tone for guests' entire stay through warm, empathetic interactions
• Help guests throughout their entire stay, from arrival to departure
• Input and retrieve information from our reservation system, assist with reservations, and provide directions and information as requested
• Maintain thorough knowledge of our hotel information including room types, rates, packages, and local areas of interest
• Act as the point of contact for all guest requests and communication

Qualifications

• Friendly and smiling demeanor
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
• Ability to stand throughout shift and occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.
