Patient Service Representative – Dental Office Location: Teamsters Center – Box Canyon, Las Vegas, NV Employment Type: Full-Time Nevada Dental Benefits is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Patient Service Representative to join our dental team at the Teamsters Box Canyon location. This position plays an important role in creating a positive patient experience and supporting the daily operations of the dental office. The ideal candidate is professional, customer-focused, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to communicate effectively with patients, providers, and team members. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming mannerSchedule and confirm dental appointmentsAssist with patient check-out and follow-up schedulingVerify patient eligibility and insurance informationMaintain accurate patient demographic and account informationAnswer incoming calls and assist patients with questionsCommunicate treatment, scheduling, and financial information clearly and professionallyCoordinate with clinical staff to support efficient patient flowMaintain patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirementsAssist with administrative duties and other office responsibilities as neededProvide excellent customer service and help resolve patient concerns appropriately Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious dental, medical, or healthcare front office experience preferredStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to multitask and remain organized in a busy environmentComfortable working with computer systems and electronic patient recordsProfessional, dependable, and team-orientedExperience with dental insurance or dental practice management software is a plus Schedule Full-time schedule based on the operational needs of the Teamsters Box Canyon dental office.
