Responsibilities

  • Convert guest inquiries into bookings through value-based selling. Turn phone calls, emails, and walk-ins into reservations by communicating our unique value, responding quickly, and selling confidently.
  • Deliver exceptional Platinum Service during every interaction. Make guests feel seen, welcomed, and cared for by creating memorable Peak Moments and anticipating needs from check-in to check-out.
  • Identify and surface sales opportunities during daily guest interactions. Listen for company names, travel patterns, and referrals, capturing and passing along qualified leads—because every touchpoint is a selling moment.
  • Support smooth hotel operations through accurate, efficient service. Handle reservations, payments, records, and problem resolution with detail and professionalism while maintaining a clean, organized, welcoming front-of-house area.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, but not required.

Pay

$16/hour
