Greet and communicate

• Cordially greet and check in/out guests
• Assist with pre-registration and reservation blocking
• Post charges accurately and efficiently
• Manage cash handling, including receiving payments and giving change
• Block rooms for reservations with special requests
• Know hotel rates, discounts, and reservation procedures
• Take reservations quickly (approximately 2 minutes)
• Follow cancellation and relocation procedures

Pay

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $16.90 to $18.50, depending on experience and qualifications.
