Responsibilities
- Aid guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally.
- Maintain high service and hospitality standards.
- Promptly address guest concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Post guest charges, collect payments, and handle cash transactions.
- Handle guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalism.
- Stay informed about the Renaissance brand, travel programs, and special offers.
- Communicate guest feedback effectively to departments and management.
- Respond quickly to calls, lobby visitors, and assist team members.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
