Pay

Schedule

Must have PM shift availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Represent the hotel through all stages of a guest's stay, from check-in to check-out
• Accommodate guest requests whenever possible
• Assign and register guests to available rooms
• Coordinate room status with other hotel teams
• Familiarize yourself with all Biltmore Farms policies, procedures, and facilities
• Act as a considerate, creative, and confident concierge
• Work as a team to welcome guests like family

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
• Ability to speak and understand the primary language(s) used by guests
• Previous hotel-related experience desired
