Please note that the schedule for this position is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only.
Responsibilities
- Represent the hotel through all stages of a guest's stay, from check-in to check-out
- Accommodate guest requests whenever possible
- Assign and register guests to available rooms
- Coordinate room status with our other hotel teams
- Familiarize yourself with all Biltmore Farms policies, procedures, and facilities
- Be a considerate, creative, and confident concierge

As a Biltmore Farms Front Desk Agent, you are more than just a welcoming presence, you are the first impression our guests have of our hotel and our city. We are all a team at Biltmore Farms Hotels and together we each welcome our guests like family. Working as a team will be key to your success. This position will require tact, diplomacy, grace, and patience.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
- Must be able to speak and understand the primary language(s) used by guests who visit the workplace
- Previous hotel-related experience desired
