Responsibilities
- Enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipating their needs, and assisting with check-in and check-out.
- Create memorable experiences with a warm, welcoming personality that relates to guests and associates.
- Take initiative to resolve guest complaints and foster guest loyalty.
- Share personal passions and knowledge of services and amenities to help guests feel at home.
- Collaborate with team members to communicate guest needs to staff and management.
- Enjoy multi-tasking at a fast pace while maintaining an impeccable eye for detail.
Qualifications
- Flexibility with work days and hours.
- Previous experience providing service to others and creating authentic vacation/travel experiences.
- A great communicator with strong verbal and written skills.

Physical Requirements
- Lifting: Ability to lift and carry items, including parcels, packages, and other items.
- Standing and Walking: Ability to remain on one's feet without moving about and walk short distances.
- Reaching: Ability to reach with hands and arms, which may involve reaching at or below the shoulder level.
- Keyboarding: Ability to enter text or data into a computer or other machine using a traditional keyboard.
- Extending Arms: Ability to extend arms with the hands higher than the head, which may involve bending the elbows or keeping the arms extended.
