About the role
As a Front Desk Agent Overnight at MA - Allin/Aultman Hall (MFOKB), you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests staying at the hotel. Your primary duties include greeting guests, checking them in and out, managing room reservations, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of guest rooms.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and check them in/out
- Manage room reservations and availability
- Ensure guest rooms are clean and safe
- Handle guest requests and complaints
- Operate front desk systems and equipment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Passport required for international guests
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
