What You'll Do

• Greet, check in, and check out guests with warmth and professionalism
• Handle reservations, phone calls, and guest inquiries with ease
• Verify payments and guest information accurately in our property management system
• Prepare key packets and coordinate group arrivals
• Solve problems on the spot and turn guest concerns into five-star experiences
• Team up with Housekeeping, Breakfast, and Laundry to keep things running smoothly
• Keep the front desk sharp, organized, and guest-ready

What You Bring

• A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service (hotel experience a plus, not required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• The flexibility to work mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
