NIGHT AUDITOR Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Lebanon 410 Gateway Ave, Lebanon, IN 46052, United States Pay Rate: $16-$22 per hour Joining: Immediate Interview: In-person only — No virtual hiring $1000 Startup Bonus for qualified Candidates Job Description Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Lebanon is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hotel team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for completing overnight accounting and End-of-Day procedures while providing excellent guest service throughout the shift. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently during overnight hours. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate hotel financial and accounting records. Process invoices, transactions, room charges, refunds, and other financial activities. Verify that all accounts are balanced and properly supported by documentation. Complete daily audit and End-of-Day procedures. Check guests in and out and process guest payments. Respond professionally to guest requests, questions, and complaints. Answer phone calls and assist with reservations. Monitor hotel operations and address overnight guest needs. Prepare nightly reports and summarize hotel operations for management. Identify and document any follow-up tasks or issues requiring management attention. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk area throughout the shift. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous Customer Service Or Hospitality Experience Preferred. Experience with accounting procedures or administrative tasks preferred. Basic computer proficiency. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Self-motivated with a proactive work ethic. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to remain professional and attentive throughout the overnight shift.
