CUSA, LLC, one of the most successful hotel management companies in the industry, is searching for a Front Desk Agent for the Fairfield Inn and Suites Tuscaloosa, AL. The position will join a team that values exceptional guest service and recognizes associates as its best asset.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently while providing excellent guest service.
  • Follow basic account procedures to ensure the hotel's policies are complete and accurate.
  • Ensure guest security and safety by addressing guest concerns and making recommendations about the hotel and local area.
  • Answer guest questions and provide recommendations about the hotel and local area.
  • Complete job duties in accordance with hotel policy and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience in a hospitality setting is a plus.
