CUSA, LLC, one of the most successful hotel management companies in the industry, is searching for a Front Desk Agent for the Fairfield Inn and Suites Tuscaloosa, AL. The position will join a team that values exceptional guest service and recognizes associates as its best asset.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently while providing excellent guest service.
- Follow basic account procedures to ensure the hotel's policies are complete and accurate.
- Ensure guest security and safety by addressing guest concerns and making recommendations about the hotel and local area.
- Answer guest questions and provide recommendations about the hotel and local area.
- Complete job duties in accordance with hotel policy and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in a hospitality setting is a plus.
