CUSA, LLC, one of the most successful hotel management companies in the industry, is searching for a Front Desk Agent for the Fairfield Inn and Suites Gulfport, MS. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently while providing excellent guest service.
- Follow basic account procedures to ensure the hotel's procedures are complete and accurate.
- Ensure guest security and safety by assuring every guest has a pleasant, safe, and secure stay.
- Answer guest questions and make recommendations about the hotel and local area.
- Complete job duties in conjunction with the hotel's policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous Marriott Front Desk Experience.
