Front Desk Agent - Homewood Suites Issaquah, WA

Maintained Duties

• Maintain a high level of guest service and hospitality.
• Provide a positive and seamless arrival and departure experience.
• Promptly and effectively field guest concerns or issues.
• Interact with guests with a high level of professionalism, tact and diplomacy.

Qualifications

• A keen sense of being proactive, responsive and caring.
• Strong communication skills.
• Hospitality or customer service experience highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Salary Range: $18.50-$21.00/hr
