About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests in a hotel setting.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests and assisting with check-in/check-out procedures
  • Managing guest reservations and ensuring accurate room assignments
  • Handling guest complaints and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas
  • Operating hotel equipment such as televisions, safes, and elevators
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications
