About the role
The 62-room Fairfield Inn and Suites seeks a cheerful & energetic Front Desk Agent to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Report to work on time and whenever scheduled.
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and provide information to guests.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and empathy.
- Aid guests with reservations, room service requests, and other inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Perform night audit duties as required.
Requirements
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality management preferred.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is an advantage.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
