About the role

The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing guest reservations, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk area.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and assisting them with check-in and check-out procedures
• Managing guest reservations and accommodating last-minute requests
• Handling guest inquiries and complaints professionally
• Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
