Front Desk Agent

About the role

Part-time Front Desk Agent position at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Draper. Weekend availability is required; shifts are 3pm-11pm, 16 hours per week (covering most Sunday evenings). Some hospitality knowledge and/or experience is required. Stay PMS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve all guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Organize, confirm, process, and conduct guest check-ins and check-outs
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and associates

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must present self in a professional manner regarding dress and grooming
