- Know and manage all daily transactions and non-frequent operations using the Front Office computer or manual system
- Accurately handle cash, checks, and credit card payments, providing correct change
Special Requests and Room Management
- Review and accommodate reservations with special requests
- Have comprehensive knowledge of hotel rates, discounts, and payment procedures
- Manage room blocks based on special requests
Reservation Procedures
- Take reservations quickly, within approximately 2 minutes
- Understand and apply cancellation and relocation procedures as necessary
