Greet and communicate cordially with guests

  • Promptly and professionally check in and out of the hotel
  • Aid in pre-registration and reservation blocking when needed

Financial Management

  • Know and manage all daily transactions and non-frequent operations using the Front Office computer or manual system
  • Accurately handle cash, checks, and credit card payments, providing correct change

Special Requests and Room Management

  • Review and accommodate reservations with special requests
  • Have comprehensive knowledge of hotel rates, discounts, and payment procedures
  • Manage room blocks based on special requests

Reservation Procedures

  • Take reservations quickly, within approximately 2 minutes
  • Understand and apply cancellation and relocation procedures as necessary
