About the Role

Join a high-performing team of hospitality professionals at Headlands Coastal Lodge & Spa. We are located in Pacific City, a charming beach town on the Oregon Coast known for its outdoor activities such as surfing, kayaking, hiking, photography, beachcombing, and fishing.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable first and lasting impressions for guests
• Manage reservations and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
• Deliver personalized service and provide local insights
• Help create the "Headlands experience" for all guests

• Clear and effective communication skills

• Strong computer skills, especially in hospitality systems

• Previous front desk, guest service, or hospitality experience preferred
