Front Desk Agent

About the role

The Hampton Inn and Suites Exeter seeks to hire a Front Desk Agent to manage all aspects of front desk operations and serve as a key point of contact for both guests and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out hotel guests
• Process all payments according to established hotel requirements
• Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors
• Prepares all necessary reports during each shift for the management team

Requirements

• Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
• Able to handle problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
• Effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service

Job Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physical demands: Regular standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods
• Scheduling: Variable and based on guest occupancy, season, staffing, and other factors
