About the role
You will be the friendly and attentive face of our hotel, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and assistance throughout their stay. Your daily tasks will include checking guests in and out, answering inquiries, and providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
Responsibilities
- Check-in and check-out guests
- Handle reservations and address guest inquiries or concerns
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Report to the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor
Requirements
- A combination of education and experience
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
- Flexible availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
